Prior to launching Signature Development, its Principal, Wade H. Robinson, spent 13 years with Crosland, Inc. As Senior Vice President of Crosland Retail he was jointly responsible for retail development in NC, SC and VA. He has been involved in approximately 2.8 million square feet of retail development including upscale projects such as Cureton Town Center, Sharon Corners and StoneCrest at Piper Glen. He was the lead development executive on Birkdale Village, a $100 million mixed-use project in Huntersville, NC.
Signature Development has completed several successful shopping centers such as Regency Village, Cureton Town Center and Mooresville Crossing and has acquired several tracts of raw land for investment purposes. Since 2010, Signature Residential has acquired over 100 single family homes many of which were retained in a rental portfolio
